How do you know if u r having anxiety ??
Problem concentrating. Worrying too much. Not sleeping.
An outside event.
Fatigue sets in.
Too much on one plate with time constraints and BANG.
Put things in perspective -- breath.
Talk to someone.
Avoid procrastinating.
Take a break.
Ask for help.
